CALL TO ACTION!
PLEASE TAKE ACTION!
Please see the urgent message from the Tourette Association of America below - it only takes a few seconds to follow the link, add your information and help insure the CDC's budget for the Tourette Syndrome Program will not be cut!
"President Trump’s FY21 budget proposal was released February 12 and the Center where the CDC Tourette Syndrome Program is housed has a proposed 30% cut. This is similar to the President’s proposed budget in the last few fiscal years. The good news is that Congress determines the final budget so we need your help to ensure the CDC TS Program continues to get its continued $2 million in funding for Fiscal Year 2021.
We need you and your family and friends to take a minute to fill in your address for take action letters to be sent on your behalf to your Representative and Senators ASAP.
FOLLOW THIS LINK - https://tourette.org/public-policy/take-action/ - Type in your name and address, add any personal stories/your connection to TS you want and click send. A couple minutes of your time will help us secure continued funding of the CDC TS Program and the Tourette Health Education Program and I can personally assure you these letters helped us gain new supporters for the funding last year.
Thanks in advance for sending letters and passing on the request to your family and friends to get a record number of letters sent."
